The Ultimate Sum for a Happy Mum!

Morris the Seagull has been putting his PhD in Guest Happiness to good use, locked away in his research lab he has devised the ultimate shortcut to achieving a Happy Mum on Mother's Day.  He noticed that most of his test cases used a long and often incomplete approach to Mother's Day, buying flowers, cooking dinner, dining out or offering to do the household chores.  Morris realised that to achieve the best results all elements were needed, but this meant a lot of hard work.

Then he had a brainwave..imagine if you could combine all these elements in one Mother's Day gift!? Impossible surely!!  No, by booking a weekend break at a Best of Suffolk holiday cottage you eliminate any chores, you get to wake up in luxury, dine out nearby with our discount vouchers and even in some cottages the flowers are provided for you.

So what's to think about? Check our availability now and guarantee a Happy Mum : )

P.S Morris' back-up plan are some Best of Suffolk gift vouchers so you can let Mum choose exactly when and where she would like to stay.

Classic meets Contemporary at Two Chantry Barns!

Two Chantry Barns, Orford (sleeps 4)

Once again Best of Suffolk has achieved the impossible and brought you the best of both worlds! The latest addition to our luxury holiday cottages is a beautiful contemporary property in the historic setting of Orford.  This contrast of the old and new continues inside the luxury accommodation as it seamlessly mixes Victorian inspired decor with modern wooden beams.

Lovingly recreated, Two Chantry Barns keeps all the character of the original Victorian dairy barn.  On the ground floor, you enter into a spacious open plan kitchen and living space with doors leading out to the patio.  There is a king-size bedroom on this floor as well as the shared bathroom.  Upstairs there is a king-size bedroom leading through to a charming mezzanine, with views across the garden into Orford.

Two Chantry Barns is located in a quiet corner of Orford, well situated to access the famous Castle, the River Ore and Orford Quay.  Ten minutes away is Orford town centre.
