We are very excited to showcase the photographs of our magical Pembroke Cottage after it's recent makeover.  

Situated right on the seafront Pembroke has some fabulous views and is just moments from Aldeburgh's restaurants and shops.  The first floor bedroom balcony is a particular feature of this large double-fronted self-catering house.

Pembroke is on two floors and many of the rooms have exhilarating views of the beach and sea.  There's a stylish living room and a large open plan kitchen-dining room on the ground floor, whilst the first floor has three large bedrooms (1 king, 1 twin, 1 single plus child's pull out bed), an en suite bathroom and a contemporary family shower room.

The 1928 House offers an authentic historical experience in the heart of Aldeburgh.  This very special house has remained almost untouched since it was built by Reeds of Aldeburgh in 1928.

The house has most of it's original furnishings and has been brought back into use with a painstaking and fastidious renovation, meaning guests staying in the two double bedrooms can live in contemporary comfort, but with the atmosphere of the house's past all around them.

The ground floor of the house has a sitting room, dining room and kitchen, all with original furniture and open fires, or in the case of the kitchen a cast iron range, plus there is also a cloakroom. Upstairs there are two good sized double bedrooms, another cloakroom, and a family bath and shower room. Outside there is a large garden with room for barbeques and drinks, there is unrestricted on-road parking outside the house.

This unique semi-detached holiday cottage is located about a mile from the beach and shops on Aldeburgh High Street. Aldeburgh has an excellent range of restaurants, pubs and shops and there are pretty walks around the marsh and to Thorpeness.
