Rose Cottage has a magical location, with stunning views in every direction - take your pick from the open sea dotted with ships, the serene Suffolk countryside or the historic Martello Tower just along the coast.  This large well equipped house stands in its own generous grounds right next to the sea and offers a lovely location for family get-togethers or groups of friends to enjoy a memorable holiday.


On the ground floor the large kitchen/diner has direct sea views from one end and an AGA kitchen at the other.  Also overlooking the sea is the cosy sitting room which an open fire and further views of the Martello Tower.  Other ground floor rooms include a bunk-bed room, the family bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a utility room.  Upstairs there’s a master bedroom suite allows you to drift off to sleep listening to the sound of the sea, with an en-suite bathroom.  The second double bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and faces quiet country scenery outside.  Other first floor rooms include the shower room and another twin bedroom.

Yew Tree Barn is a contemporary conversion of a historic Suffolk barn, set deep in the Suffolk countryside in the quiet and rural village of Worlingworth. The barn conversion, completed in 2011, takes the best of the old - the historic beams and plasterwork - and the new - an exciting layout, contemporary fittings and under floor heating - to create a fabulous, high quality retreat to relax in or use as a base to explore Suffolk.

Periwinkle is a tasteful period cottage on Aldeburgh High Street with views across to the marshes from the rear bedroom of the property. Inside the cottage has been thoughtfully refurbished, while still keeping that charm and feel of a sweet, seaside cottage.

The cottage has a cosy sitting room with an open fire, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, contemporary bathroom, a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite W.C. and a sea-side themed second bedroom.  Outside there is a small courtyard with a bistro table seating two.

Lighthouse View is a handsome Victorian Villa situated in the heart of Southwold, very close to the sea and enjoying views of the town's lighthouse.  


The house has four large bedrooms, arranged as two double bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, as well as a luxury family bathroom and shower room.  


Downstairs there is an elegant sitting room, a separate family room and to the rear of the property is a lovely light kitchen diner, where guests can enjoy preparing and eating a meal together.  


Outside there is a delightful courtyard where guests can enjoy a summer barbeque, or a morning breakfast. In the courtyard there are a handy range of out-buildings where you will find the washing machine and storage for beach equipment.

On a quiet side street in the pretty town of Orford sits beautiful Vesta Cottage, a successful fusion of charming period cottage and contemporary design. Only a short stroll from both the market square - where there is a fresh bakery and choice of renowned pubs and restaurants - and the Quay with its breath taking views of the River Ore and Orford Ness.
Inside on the ground floor you will find an open plan living space with a contemporary kitchen with a high island table for dining, and a large sitting area complimented by a wood-burning stove. There's a ground floor double bedroom with an in-room shower and en-suite cloakroom. On the first floor there's a double bedroom and bathroom.
